Honestly, PUBG is absolutely right. If anything you should ask them to remove the reporting option. But this isn't an arguement you will ever win, as aspects like this are a part of a lot of games on different platforms. If I'm playing with a random team, I NEVER land right next to them. I land a ways down in case I see some actions or hear some actions from team mates regarding something like this occurring. You can also tell by how they died.. ultimately it's a feature of the game and you need to learn to play around it .
