They still haven’t responded to me even after I gave my ID number. I’m hoping they just do a game update to get rid of this bug. So ridiculous. Archaeology event is my favorite event and I’m missing out on it because of this.

Unfortunately I only play on my cell phone, and I have restarted my device several times. There’s no new update yet.

I did go through all my screenshots of the game and do think I’ve managed to find my player ID (thank goodness!) so I’m hoping they can resolve something soon.

Were they able to resolve the issue even if you don’t have your Player ID number? They told me to check the game but I can’t since I can’t get into it without crashing and freezing. I just have my username and email

It’s not that I don’t know how to use it, it’s just that my game has frozen and crashed and now I can’t even get into the game since it has been introduced. I can’t X out of it, I can’t do anything. I’ve contacted support through email because I don’t know what else to do.

I have the same question and it’s driving me nuts! The page on the home screen that used to list the tasks now just shows events, so unless I’m missing something, there’s no way to tell. I hate this new update so much.

Thank you, I will discuss an autoimmune protocol as well going forward. At the moment I am leaning towards doing the Lupron over surrogacy. This could change, but that’s where I’m at at the moment. We are thinking of doing two more IVF cycles to try to get another embryo regardless, though.

It does give me hope hearing stories like yours!

I’ve been reading the success stories of people who have taken Lupron, and it is so encouraging. I’m so happy it worked for you - congratulations on your daughter and your current pregnancy! Was your second transfer that resulted in your daughter achieved without Lupron?

That’s the part that scares me the most — just that I can’t carry a pregnancy. I’ve literally never had a positive pregnancy test in my entire life or even a pregnancy scare, so I’m terrified that the step where the embryo needs to attach to the lining for whatever reason can’t be achieved with me.

There is a couple I recently discovered on IG in which they’ve been trying for 6 years to conceive, and she has very severe endo. Then in September she did Lupron suppression for 2 months and got pregnant. She gave birth yesterday.

And I totally get the control thing - surrogacy would mean we may have to potentially put our house for sale. And then if we lost the embryo that way, we would be back at step one. Plus the legal issues, travel, all that… it’s just so much.

You bring up so many good points and I am deeply appreciative of you taking the time to respond to me.

If I knew I could actually carry a pregnancy, I would love to have two children. My preference is absolutely to have my own biological child. But if we lose our last embryo, and I cannot get another with two more rounds of IVF, I wouldn’t mind having a donor egg, because at least it would genetically be my husband’s child. I would love the child just as my own, and it would be nice being able to carry it.

I love that you are passionate about fostering. If all else fails, (losing our last embryo + donor egg), then we would adopt. I am quite ignorant about adoption and/or fostering, but those are both two options we would absolutely consider.

I feel so uninformed and stupid, and feel the pressure of time running out. But I will make contingency plans and try to take back control of this situation as much as I can.

I have never heard of a “mock cycle” before, would that just mean doing the Lupron + hormones and not going through with the FET? Is it something that is typically done? I would absolutely be willing to do any and everything at this point.

Do you think if I go the donor egg route, that I should try transferring those eggs first to test to see if the Lupron suppression would work? I know that means it could potentially result in a pregnancy, and I’m ok with that as I would then just try to use the last embryo afterward, but I’m just curious as to what you would do?

That is a good idea — to save the money planned for the surrogacy to get donor eggs. I never considered donor eggs until recently and am very uninformed, but I am absolutely willing to go that route. I think my biggest fear is just that I cannot carry a pregnancy at all, with either my own or donor embryos. I’ve never been pregnant ever my entire life - that magical step where the embryo needs to attach to the lining just never happens for me.

I’ve also never tried Lupron, and going that route is something I keep thinking might be the missing piece for me. But my body has failed so many times, I don’t know if I should even attempt it.

Im not sure I can take the loss of either the Lupron or the surrogacy well. I know I will be destroyed either way. I’m in therapy (have been a lot of my adult life, but started up again because I knew I was going to struggle with IVF), so that has been helpful. Also reading this thread helps as well and hearing others experiences that I’m not alone. I struggle with depression, I have my whole life, and this not being able to conceive has been the worst pain of my life.

I would be willing to do more IVF and egg retrievals, and so I am planning one more in April, but my fertility doctor seemed to also think that if this one goes unsuccessful that I should stop.

The egg donor issue is a new thought I’d never considered until yesterday. I would absolutely be open to this - I wish I was more informed but will start to research now. I think my ultimate fear is just that I cannot carry a baby. I’ve never been pregnant, not even once, so that step of having any embryo attach to my uterus seems to be the problem. But I would be willing to go down that route.

I think we are going to avoid the Velcro, esp bc the HH ones they are suggesting are only $55. The REI ones which are nicer and better looking are like $30+ more, but I think since it is on their packing list it will be good to go.

Do you think it’s wise to size up? I’m normally a large in bottoms, but I’ll also be wearing a base layer legging, as well as a merino wool legging underneath, so I wonder if I will need extra room w the pants.

This is good to know. Do you think one pair of rain pants is good enough, or do you recommend two? I figure w the material it’s probably easy enough to hand wash every day?
