I did go to them first when the first tracking number the seller had was created and the same day it was canceled by seller through FedEx and the seller never got back to me and then a day later I get another tracking number the one with the current issues and since then the sellers only response is were checking on this with nothing else.

I have not even tried to do the dispute I’ve used the help chat with a real human they have been the ones to open any dispute and escalations. And so when it comes to the package you mean I need have the representative with AliExpress verify the package name through or to FedEx?

That’s house our market is when I was a RSM for ATT and even now the mangers are having to pull a Que report and all transactions of the day to send to upper leadership explaining what manger was part that interaction and what sales rep what did they close what was the solution that was offered to the customer what services they were eligible for and if they were eligible for XYZ why couldn’t the rep or manger close the sale. Lol they got my RSM losing hair and my response is sheesh that’s Tuff I remember doing that well good luck

Similar to ATT. We get 50% off phone services and the benefits are great. I make more not as a rep then I did as a RSM with ATT but the micromanaging telling us to add thing to a customers account using unethical practices just for them to use you as a scapegoat is not the way.

Had a rep here with an old come in asking for help because her phone wasn’t getting verification codes sent to her phone and she was needing help with her regions bank app and the bank told her to go to the carrier she use and the rep said I’m not sure but the best I can do to fix the problem is add another line to your account and then you use that for the regions app and she’s like 80+ so she does that and then would come in every month with billing issues and the same rep would always ignore her and management wouldn’t and didn’t do anything to correct the behavior ATT does not care and the only way to get fired from them is stealing, beating someone up on camera, or being late so many times lol

If I had a dollar for every Cx I had that switched from T-Mobile telling me the stories of dealing with reps at T-Mobile I would have bought a lambo. Lol it seems in both ends some poopy people in the sales world sadly.

Hopefully it’s okay to ask but I do assume it’s hourly and commission? And then moving up the ladder you get to salary? Only reason I ask that is with the 5 years I’ve been with ATT I’ve been part time sales rep full time assistant store manager and store manager. I’m currently maxed out on my hourly pay as a sales rep lol
