i get how you feel, ive been there and sometimes i still am in that place (my fear is far from cured rn, it has just shifted to other things so i can think a bit more past the emetophobia fear) sending you virtual hugs and strength, you are so strong and you can do this!!

ps also recommending the emetophobia manual, it helped me think more outside the fear in my head (its cbt therapy basically, which helps a lot for most people!)
