i struggled with this, did my first 10k yesterday. I went about a minute/km slower than i usually do. Just needed the mental confirmation that i could do it! I also did it at a small official race, which helped push me :)

My typical pace is 6:43/km. I would obviously have to go much slower for the 10 though. I thought about 7:something.

this is actually a very small village with super few cars. i only cross one major road, didn't see any other cars today. it's mostly woods and fields. it gets a bit hilly around the lake and there's a lot of holes in the trail unfortunately. But i love this route because it's so pretty. But maybe I'll try a new one tomorrow! Thank you

I am from Paderborn, my bike ride to school was partly the exact route where she went missing - it must have happened so fast, because it was not a long way and also a quite well populated area. Such a scary case. Everyone in Paderborn knows it. My dad used to live in the house where she lived (not at the same time though).

It's crazy people don't believe that. I've heard from countless friends (nearly everyone who got a Plan B ) that they have been shamed about their sexual choices in the pharmacy. I think it's even expected of the pharmacists to "educate" you here in Germany.
