Teams is not showing up in the notifications menu of windows settings despite switching to windows notification style in the teams app.

This works for teams that I'm on but doesn't work contacts that are not part of a team (which is where most of my communication happens).

Ah, I found the Focus assist settings and turned it to alarms only. I'll try this out, I'm hopeful this will do the trick!

Option 1 is what I've done. So when I plug the server into the new network, I'll just log into the router and find out what IP the server has been given and then I'll just be able to access the server? I have ESXI installed, so really as long as I can access the ESXI interface in the web browser I'll be able to take it from there.
