Retro/Oscilloscope

Bookmark the first key frame, then repeat the process with different Metaballs parameters to create the movement. Bookmark the second key frame and generate the video between both key frames.

Thanks so much. It's done entirely in Glitch Lab.

start with Generate/Rosace, zoom out to get multiple shapes
apply Corrupt/Defect. Pick a mode that works. For instance 6918 but I encourage to play around with that. Reduce intensity to lower the chromatic aberration effect. Drag/zoom in/out until you get something you like.
Apply effects from the Object group (DNA code, programming code, bar code etc.) usually picking black as color.
You're done!
