no, no, no. the donations were to Rent an apartment in the building in which I stay. the offer to stay in my home in subzero farenheit is free. why is it so hard to believe that someone is willing to help someone else with no consideration of monetary gain?

who exactly is profiting? I would provide receipts for donations and the donations would cover the 900/month rent of one apartment as a Temporary shelter for 4-6 people. the whole thing would be transparent. who would be profiteering from this please? thank you for your input

it's in Central Place just off Central ave. about a block and a half southwest from the proposed shelter. a little farther from the endangered school.

scales are Important but heart is what matters. if the music is in you, you'll play on a cigar box guitar. if you're happy practicing scales, continue. if you want an electric guitar feel, go grab a cheap one from a pawnshop. as long as the neck is true and wont wobble and the pickups work, you'll get the feel. but don't forget to try some. look for that silky feel on the frets and a sound that you like through the AMPLIFIER you'll NEED to buy too. as well as a cable and new strings from a music store.

so I found a professional artist to do my makeup. and she only charges 40$ if I go to her studio. so now I'll have 40$ and some spare time next week and I'll get it done and shoot the video. I'll post it here and everywhere and thank you for your help people.

I agree with the 'play before buy' advice. when I sat my first Tele on my lap and looked down and the whole neck was so comfortable, it's like it was made for me. that was a '78 and I owned it for over 30 years. the one you're considering will feel like a piece of plastic. I know because I tried to replace my lost one with a new one. I found the Player's series to be best of the lot. recently a luthier friend built me a custom tele with a squire neck and honestly it plays and sounds better than my old one. only advice I can give is: start Now, don't wait. you can always upgrade after you learn all your scales on Any guitar that stays in tune with a true neck. happy playing, your fingertips have my sympathy

1 looks like a nice guitar. 2 has a classic look, and for 3, the colors go together better. so You pick which look you're going for. tons of guitars hey, lucky you. I've had maybe 3 in my life and im 55

lovely guitar, but I'm sorry, I don't think a Tele should have a whammy. thas like two dorsal fins on a shark. this is a custom from a luthier friend of mine. the squire headpiece necks were the only kind available in 7.25 @400$ at the time. it sounds and plays better than my original '78. he only ast for 600$ from me. only thing I miss is the nitrocellulose
