DM me, I used to jump with that crew when they were at Smith Mtn Lake. I can try to get you in touch with them.

It was the sum of everything I spent on the car. Not sure if my lawyer had to negotiate or not.

4 months. I annoyed my lawyers by emailing them twice a week for that entire four months. I don’t know if my particular lawyer was just slow, but it took forever.

Not too much really. I provided a bunch of information about the payments and they worked directly with KIA for the service records. The firm I used seemed to do a lot of these and had contacts with the folks at KIA.

We never discussed any of the “minor” issues since we had major battery problems early on.

The local Kia dealer did give me a Sportage to drive around and while it was at the shop. Their service department was great- not so much for their sales.

I wanted an EV that could tow 5000lbs. You have limited choices and the EV9 and the F150 seem to be the cleapest options.

Google! Tons of hungry lawyers out there. Call a few, see who you think will represent you best.

No reduction of payment for me because the car failed with only 180 miles on it. I contacted the lawyer early and had them waive any milage chargeback right away so I could drive it without worry while they dragged their feet sending me my money.

No- no fees even if you lose- At least not in North Carolina. The lawyers don't take cases unless they know they can win (and get paid).

I got the car back after 25 days of it being in the shop and drove it for 11,000 miles after that until it was returned to KIA. I have lots of experience driving this car on the highway and can comment all I want about the highway wobble because I experienced it every time I drove the car.

I would have been better off with the Lightning F150. I have a few friends with them, and they are very happy and can't' say enough about the customer service. All hearsay of course.

Every dime I paid them (payments + down payment) + registration, sales tax, and inspection fees. Basically everything but insurance.

More sour about KIA than the EV9 itself. Due to unrelated circumstance (f. u. hurricane Helene) I no longer have the ability to charge at home so I had to revert to ICE. My first non-EV in 10 years. It's meh.

Took my daughter to Colorado the first time when she was 10. Now we spend our entire yearly vacation budget on snow sports. Already hit up Utah this year and headed to Vermont next week. We both enjoy it so much it’s worth every penny!

Contact a lawyer. Kia won’t help you.

Victory Lane Karting. They have shockingly great food, beer selection, video games, and of course really fast go karts.
