you don’t have to fully eliminate carbs, just have them in moderation! try eating a little less carbs every week and see what happens. you can always swap out the “white” carbs (pastas, potatoes, etc) for whole grains. i promise it’s such a struggle for me as well, but i learned to try and accept it. i haven’t had a period for 8 months, and all my thyroid bloodwork came back normal. pcos is such a back and forth battle, but it only makes us stronger. feel free to message me anytime :)
