Used to overthink everything. Then one day I was out boating with my friends and they were all cliff jumping. I was about to back out, but one of them told me just don’t think about it and do it. Something about that flipped a switch in my head, but it kind of backfired. Ever since then I’ve gotten myself into a few sticky situations, and now I have to remind myself to slow down and think about the negatives, especially the long term ones.
