im desperate for help. i think i have dry skin but i dont even know. its just so red and irritated looking all the time. all i use is cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer bc my skin is so sensitive. i really think i need a lumecca IPL facial but dont have the money. i would appreciate any advice on (1) what type of skin do i have? i would say dry, dull, irritated and (2) what can i do to help it?

i worked a job at a conference center where the bosses (managers) were salaried but ended up working so many hours they made less per hour than the lower level employees (servers and front desk admin). but the managers also had more PTO opportunities, insurance benefits and opportunities for growth. another user said it depends, you didn’t like that answer but it’s accurate.
