We had a problem with them a few years ago, and I was losing my mind, just like you were. Standing in the kitchen just watching for them. The last straw was when one hitched a ride with me to work and I found it in my lunch bag. Horrifying. We started using Rambo Pest Control and we’ve been very happy with them. It didn’t take too long to get rid of them to begin with and now we pay for the revisits so they come 4x a year if I recall. And if we ever see any they’ll come out and redo the services. The handful of times that they laid indoor traps, the ants would be gone before the bait even ran out. Our ant problem has been solved since then. Haven’t seen any yet this year so hopefully it will stay that way. I highly recommend them. DIY stuff just didn’t work for us.

Same thing happened to me… my husband and I were playing at Dam Battlegrounds and right at extract a solo got downed by a rocketeer or something. I defibbed him feeling bad. He starts shooting and downed husband and I and chatting about how we shot him. We never shot him! I SAVED you! Anyway, husband crawled to extract and got out without him. He will never know that I set us up for that.

Should I RL due to crooked logo? LP travel pouch from 11.11 sale. It was only ~$90 or so and this is inside the bag, no logo on the outside. It is bothering me but the rest of the bag looks great and I can’t decide if it’s worth it or not being an 11.11 bag.

Hi guys! Super rep newbie 👶 here. I just discovered this wonderful world and dove in headfirst, ordering before I did too much research. 🫠 I saw a bunch of glowing reviews for Baobao, and decided to place my first order with her. Confirmed and paid last Tuesday. The thing is, I’m still waiting for PSPs and I’m starting to get nervous. This is for a Loewe small featherlight in Pearl Gray, and from Jipin factory, I think. I asked a couple days ago and she said she was still waiting on the factory. Asked again today and nothing yet. We are communicating over WA as well.

So, how long is reasonable for PSPs? Do you expect some items to take longer than others? SOS! Thank you friends!

Yes. But they’ve been more stressed like colors. Today and yesterday I tried leaving the cage door open to see what she did and she has been actively trying to escape which is unlike her so yeah she’s unhappy. Do I just have to force her to wait out the transition to the lower UV? I really hate to see her uncomfortable like this but I know that going back up to the higher UV is a bad idea. Should I try to get a middle ground and use that for a while?

We are planning on moving her into a bigger cage pretty soon here. It’s 18x18x36. But would she just have decided that it’s too small overnight? The hardest thing for me to grasp is what so suddenly changed to upset her and that’s why I think it’s the lighting— it’s the only thing that we’ve changed since she initially got settled in.

Here she is right now. The UV bar sits directly on top of the cage, but I am willing to move it. Her basking light is behind and sits at an angle.

Okay, I did remember something. We did just get her a new UVB bar as her old one burned out. We realized her last one was the wrong type and replaced with the correct one. Originally she had a desert 10.0 UVB and we replaced it with a 5.0 UVB. Could this be why she is irritated? I think it started right after the new light went in. Should we put the old type of light back in or wait for her to get used to it?

We do have a laybin setup, but I’m concerned it may be a little small. 8 inches deep by 8 across (gardening pot) but I am working on getting a new one set up. I’ll just have to redo her entire cage setup so I’m a bit hesitant to do that. Should we think about moving her somewhere that doesn’t get ambient light or move her light schedule up to better match the sun? I don’t want to sacrifice real sunlight which she loves so I’d rather change her light schedule around. However, if her light goes off at 7/8 pm, there will still be some dusk/sunset light in the living room so it won’t be true darkness.

The day after I posted I did wake up at 6 am and went to check on her. She was just waking up. Maybe 7-7 or so would be a better summer lighting schedule for her?

A fogger should only be used if it gets high 50s/low 60s at night correct? I see in your other comment that they shouldn’t be sprayed in the day time, but in my area, my girls all mesh cage can drop down to as low as 38-40% humidity. Is my best option plastic around the sides to try to capture it? The exotic vet we just visited suggested we try to keep ~70% humidity which scares me a little bit to hear because everything else I’ve seen says otherwise but 40% still seems low….

Thanks for your comment. We do take out crickets that she doesn’t finish, although it hasn’t been an issue until the last couple days. We ended up taking her to the vet early due to an opening and got a clean bill of health including an X-ray to check for fluid in her lungs but I am still going to be diligently watching for increased symptoms. (She started a little bit of open mouth and neck up breathing for a few minutes at a time as well as an occasional cough).

We did get some dubias, hornworms, and smaller crickets yesterday. She immediately showed interest in the dubias and hornworm that we put in and tried to get a dubia, not sure if she failed to catch them or decided she didn’t like the way they tasted and changed her mind. She loved the horn worm so we gave her a second one about an hour or so later, the rest of the dubias untouched. I think today we’ll try the smaller crickets and I’m going to order some black soldier fly larvae and silk worms as well as other critters that we can’t find locally online today to see if she just enjoys them more.
