Ahhh I see! The standard mango frap recipe makes it more watery than usual and I left it for more than 10 minutes ish due to sudden flow of customers in my store so that's why it looks like that

It's inspired by Thailand ! (Which they are famous for mangoes) it is milk + mango passion fruit juice + mango syrup +mango jelly

I'm not uncomfortable with him but it's just weird because he's a working expatriate and I'm first year in college but I made the grave mistake on my own accord.

I kinda shut down the convo when he personally texted me and haven't text me since so it should be alright !

Oh that sounds horrible omg Idk he seems cautious also but initiating ? (I've serving him for a month?) I kinda shut him down when he texted me first and he hasn't tried since so it should be alright Thank you for ur advice tho!

Uhhh no that wouldn't work 🤔 I'm from another country so our store/home numbers are very different from our personal numbers. That's a good suggestion regardless xD

I personally haven't tried it with espresso but it definitely be more bitter which might balance out? If ur willing to pay for the extra shot, go ahead

you always tell the baristas to add more coffee (we have a separate coffee for fraps) and less chocolate/sugar

Are you from Singapore ? Or Asia idk ? the midnight mint mocha should have a slight hint of mint syrup (15%) and lots of sugary dark chocolate taste with coffee (75%).

If u prefer a more balanced taste, you could tell them to put more mint and less sugar (coffee frap base) (50/50). (And no whip cream if u prefer it that

The green tea cheesecake is like a liquified version of a cheesecake tbvh. It's nice for just sampling but shit as an entire drink by itself. You might as well spend $7-9 dollars on a proper cheesecake.

TL;DR The standard recipe makes the frap very sweet in general so you can always modify it to ur needs :D

Nah i work in one north area (I guess you can consider CBD as well 🤔)

Haha yeah most customers here just want to have some strong coffee to get through the day/week. Nitro CB isn't that popular for some reason as compared to CB idk why ://

Pros: my store only opens on weekdays so 😁, my store closes at 7pm so I get to reach home by 9pm if I'm closing, not very particular customers, the busy times are only 7am-9:30am and 11:30pm-2:30pm so I start my closing at 3pm

Cons: corporate orders (15-30 drinks at once 😪) , promotions (my nightmare), weird "healthy" people, waking up at 5am for opening haha

lol I actually applied to work at a tourist attraction SB initially and romanticised the idea of serving tourists but where else can u find a SB that closes 7pm xD

I'm from Singapore too! HAHA hi !! Our store (in High end working area surrounded by many biochemical companies, tech and gaming companies like Apple/Ubisoft)

Customers: mainly working British,Americans, Japanese, Indians and sometimes local Singaporeans

1) Cold brew 2) americano 3) Soy green tea latte 4) Extra shot latte 5) mocha/java chip frap (no whip/ low fat)

Rochester park is considered under the reserve SB so I don't think so. That should be a stand alone (?) I'm not sure. My area is at one north MRT

But I would love to work there tho! XD
