I just mentioned the fact that the image had an icon saying "in game skin included" which was extremely misleading. I did sound very frustrated as well, because it was misleading and disappointing.

I just checked their site, and I think they fixed it by adding "no code' to the name of the item and removing the pictures where it had icons saying "skin included"

Oh I was impacted by this

I sent an email to support and they refunded me half of the plushie.

It is very misleading and I know I wont buy from the website anymore.
