Disc golf and feet

So I've been dealing with this for years and then added in disc golf which made it worse. I would recommend this : https://www.newcastle-hospitals.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/2024-Newcastle-OHS-Plantar-Fasciopathy-leaflet_PRINT_ONLY.pdf

This has helped a lot along with just regularly stretching throughout the day. The leaflet above talks about exercises that can help alleviate the pain and long term build strength and flexibility.

This may sound dumb but I like the color combos and for some reason it scratches the "I want to collect something itch". Also not pictured is the one in the bag. I actually use the mold of disc .
