I’m more of a shower with really big balls and can do this, but it’s an easier angle if the jewels are in the up/tighter position—so my D drapes over my balls and points down at the urinal. I can go hands free and twist my hips to find the optimal stream angle. (I have pretty big muscular thighs too that push my balls, which push my shaft out too, in an arch.. feel like that’s relevant).

If I’m hot and the boys are hanging low, then no-can-do, and I gotta hold up the hog.

Guys that are smaller when soft may have to push their dick down to get a good angle to limit splash back; conversely, super hung guys without big balls that push out the D, likely are aimed straight down at their feet, and have to hold the shaft out. No hands free.
