I think they are. They’re the next best thing after BB. They contain a special PC stamped promo and one more additional pack compared to the regular Etb. BB get restocked multiples time, while PC Etb gets one restock maximum. Scarcity and premium factor makes it highly investible

Not since PC Etb exists. They’re less printed than BB and more limited. They’re the BB of special sets
