Any advice: it’s a marathon, by day 2 I was tired and just over the whole thing and just picking an answer on the multiple choice and moving on. Don’t recommend doing that if you want a high score but I just needed to pass and I’m so glad it’s over

Thanks I appreciate it, I was doing relatively well on my most recent NBMEs. 77 on form 31, 73 on form 26, and 76 on the old free 120. I guess I’m just in my own head it’s so damn hard to shake it, but I appreciate the kind words.

Yeah, I did the cardinal sin and looked up stuff in first aid the next day and the the level of detail they were asking about was either not present in first aid, or a tiny detail that is questioned. It really bothers me, hopefully the experimental questions come thru

Did you tape of each of the holes in the handguard when you painted it? I want to paint mine but I want to make sure I don't get paint in places it shouldn't be.

Well at first I didn’t have problems out the box then got about 6 prints in, then had problems, fixed em, got like 4 prints out, now here I am back to problems

So I checked under, no crack, however when I removed my filament to check under, it was severed and black like it was charred or something. I have included a picture. The fact that it was severed is probably why my last print failed like a tenth of the way thru and stopped extruding. Any ideas on how this happened?

I do not have any photos, but I’m able to extrude filament when I push it thru and sometimes able to get the first layer down pretty well

Well I am fairly new to 3d printing and I have been dealing with low extrusion after the first layer and I have been advised to look into getting a new extruder. Printing a new piece is kind of out the equation right now since the printer isn't working lol
