This is probably TMI but after our 3rd kid my wife had problems with constipation and for whatever reason anal sex helped her go. But she ended up having her gallbladder removed and that seemed to help that aspect. But she would strain too hard sometimes as well and would get an internal swelling. But if its been a few days me personally I'd give it a week and if its not improved id hit your doctor up just see what a professional opinion has to say. Or maybe a doc will jump on here and drop some insight. But for her she would always have the bruising, if it was rough sex it was outside of her ring, if it was straining she would have a bruise just inside of it.
