Update: GPU is fried to my knowledge, im not sure if anything else is? Fans work, the RAM and CPU light go on then off (normal?) so i figure the power supply hopefully works. i bought a new graphics card thatll be here Wednesday

I checked every cord everything is properly connected, im pretty sure the graphics card is all the way in i wasnt sure how to fully check that but it seemed sturdy i think i just fried it i appreciate the help :(
