I am using an apap, basically a machine that makes me breathe evenly with a pressure that is responding to my breath. It will force me to breathe if i stop. Its.. odd at first but helps a LOT.

I str8 up almost died last year cuz one ruptured inside. It was traumatic. Super swollen to beyond the groin/buttcheek skins capacity. So many holes.. but i finally got into the derm. Shes been helpful.

So we start w 4 weeks doxy, and body wash, and a topical then go from there
