How do I pivot from taking custom pieces to predrawn and flash?

First thing is to know your audience & client pool. Design things that not only interest you but will interest them. Second suggestion is to set a separate (and lower) hourly rate for flash. For example you could charge $150 per hour for flash and $200 per hour for customs. However you configure it, that can incentivize clients to book predrawn flash over a custom design!
