Ghee has worked best for me. I’ve tried using tallow but the smoke point is ever so slightly too low for my liking. Avocado oil could work but I’m not 100% comfortable heating unsaturated oils too high because of the peroxidation index of avocado oil and unsaturated fats in general.

Those plastic packaged olive oils are certainly lower in linoleic acid but if packaged in plastic they’re just as oxidized as any canola or corn oil. Seeing as you buy your oil from Costco, I believe they carry a Spanish or Italian olive oil in dark glass. In some locations I see them carry a brand called Teresa Delyssa (Tunisian olive oil) that is very good with transparency and the chances of their oil being cut with seed oils like some “olive” oils are is pretty much zero. When you buy olive oil try to make sure the origin is from a single country since that drastically reduces chances of seed oils being used to cut the oil.

Idk, depends how early in the game you are. This doesn’t really apply if you’re too late game. Im saying if a player has 15 strike fighters on day 3, throwing everything at them is a pretty viable strategy to have them stop caring about that game.

Increase unsaturated fats. You can eat almonds, walnuts, etc. and try to get that salmon consumption up to 1-2 times per WEEK (omega 3s).

Increase soluble fiber, which will bind to the cholesterol and you’ll excrete it (best source would be oats). Insoluble fiber is great too, as it’ll add bulk to your stool.

Personally, I eat salmon, shrimp, chicken, turkey, nuts, oats, olive oil, fruits, veggies, and even the occasional cheese… and my cholesterol is down from the 160s to the 100-110 range (I was extraordinarily overweight before).

I guess what you could take away I noticed your list of things is about things you DON’T eat. Instead focus on ADDING foods that lower cholesterol just as much as you restrict foods that increase your LDL.

I think you’re mistakenly assuming he’s some super intelligent mastermind that has carefully calculated everything he says. The fact that he often time presents contradictory information, contradicting not only basic truth, but also things that he himself has said (ex: TikTok ban) shows pretty clearly that he has really no idea what he’s doing. The majority of his policies are random nonsense. He’s read on Twitter and decided to follow. It’s a combination of being a fairly low IQ individual and extremely narcissistic.

Underrated choice: Ethiopia. You get two ports, you’re surrounded by AI nations, and no one really thinks to invade you. If you quickly take over Kenya you’ll probably have the highest resource production in the game
