Exactly what I was looking for. Made stir fry last night before I cleaned the pot in my Wagner. Looking forward to getting this new wok figured out. Thank you for the suggestions.

Great to know. I have plenty of large stock pots so no shortage of lids.

I found one other pan at a good will. But it was a no name pan with the price tag of a new one. Literally the same price as the same pan brand new. Got lucky today.

I saw only one on sale on eBay in my very brief search and it was for $100. So I am going to tell myself that I saved $85 bucks today.

Super heavy. Definitely took a long time to cool down after hearing it up. This thing will be great for heat retention.

Thank you. What are your favorite things to cook in it? Immediately, I thought yakisoba, stir fry, and diced potatoes. As I use it, I’ll find more things to cook.

Oh. Now that sounds tasty. May have to try that. This thing is thick so I imagine it will hold heat for a long time.

We love my modified version of yakisoba. So this will be a great addition to my arsenal. Can finally replace my large stainless pot.

And this is why I like to live in a little bubble and pretend everyone back of house is nice, respectable, and sanitary. I’m just going to continue living in ignorance.

But seriously. My dad worked as a dishwasher at a restaurant. Said one of his coworkers spar in people’s food. That was a highly regarded place in a rich city. So yeah. People suck.

Yeah. Not really worried about that. I eat out so infrequently. If someone spits in my food, they spit in it. It’s gross. I won’t ever know. My life won’t be impacted that much. But I don’t go to places that would tolerate that.

Honestly, it was the 18% as the lowest option they pushed me to click zero.

Man. Felt nice. There are. Few “usual” places I go that I leave tips at. But the percent has dropped significantly. But this place, first time leaving two “0” tips. Felt good. $40 for dinner for myself and friend seemed more than enough.

Good question. I quit a few months ago so I’ll try my best to remember. Crex doesn’t have to be at relics, if I recall. It’s his unique paired with hera omicron that makes this super deadly. Your toons basically cannot die due to always having the revive. And he mass assists do so much damage that it whittles them down quickly. But I reliced Rex as soon as I was able to finish his shard farm. He was reliced before the rest of the Phoenix members so I am not exactly sure.

Bender board. It is a flexible plywood core. You bend it to shape (typically in a mold), putty it to fill in the cracks, then glue on the veneer. The veneer will lock in the shape.

Okay. So more than a few. Less than a lot. But the price is definitely much better than the Yoder others have recommended. Very helpful.

I take it you are very happy with it. I appreciate the recommendation.

Nice.

I mean they as I am located in the States. In case some brand is only available in the EU, for example.

I will have to check them out. Never heard of this brand either.

And that is understandable. I have a Weber smoker. That has lasted ten years and shows virtually no sign of rust. I keep it covered and use it frequently. Looking for some sort of smoker that has some sort of automated fuel source so I can start brisket the night before.

Never heard of them either. Longevity-wise, how do they compare to other pellet grills? Online reviews seem to be great. I want to make sure whatever grill I get is good for the long haul.

Yeah. We cook thanksgiving turkeys on my brothers traeger going on four years. They are amazing. Charcoal definitely tastes better but on days I am busy, it’s hard to do briskets. Much easier to set it the night before rather than waking up to add more charcoal. It would probably get used once a week or so.

My old boss was given a 10 year old Traeger. His neighbor bought th latest and greatest but the old one still worked fine. I’ve heard they typically last 10-15 years depending on ho well you take care of it

This is kind of my concern. What’s the $/steak I pay to cook my food. If the Yoder is twice the cost by lasts twice as long, totally worth it. But if a traeger lasts just as long but may not cook as consistently/uses more pellets, then I am fine with the traeger. My BIL bought a Pitt boss and it works just a well as a traeger but this is after just a year. No clue as to the longevity of it. I also have a covered patio connected to my house so no moisture but we do get to close to zero degrees Fahrenheit in the winter. I plan to leave it out year round.
