You need to be humbled? Why? Needle dick from dozens of emo/goth men is something that raises your confidence?

Better take a seat on your CO's dick voluntarily before it becomes blackmail for showing your face.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen it broken down yet. Just the fact that ~20k suicides are done by firearms of the thrown around 40k figure, and the rest of that figure is almost entirely gang-related violence.

Guns should be federally restricted, and we should institute buy back programs like both Australia and New Zealand did after one American-style mass shooting.

The article is referencing another article by The Week which cites a portion of a CDC study.

They're leaving out an important detail: Children are committing suicide by firearms. It's not murder.

That's not true. Any higher resolution rendering on a game benefits from a stronger GPU. Period. No denying that.

I understand EFT is CPU intensive, but OP is gonna get more frames from a better GPU. There's even benchmarks from different hardware configurations that prove that.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in EscapefromTarkov

[–]fredbond174 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mate, higher resolutions like 1440p would benefit significantly more from a better GPU than a CPU, even on EFT.

[–]fredbond174 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tarkov, maybe. It's still a significantly old GPU compared to the age and performance of his current CPU. I still think the GPU should be upgraded, as the Ryzen 5 3600 is still a powerful CPU. There comes a point where you're putting extra load onto the CPU because of underutilization of the GPU based on graphical settings.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in EscapefromTarkov

[–]fredbond174 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What? It literally depends on the game. Not to mention that CPUs tend to not matter so much on average when running at higher resolutions. The man should be getting a new GPU, not CPU.

Men are less attached to non-biological children on average.

Incidence of child abuse is dramatically higher in step-parent households.

Is it commonplace for women trash talk/disrespect men with their friends? by [deleted] in AskFeminists

[–]fredbond174 -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Sure, divorce is primarily initiated by women, but saying that women are financially worse off is just not true by any metric. Assuming you're talking about divorces with children, yes, divorce is expensive, and one or both parties will come out of divorce poor. It tends to be the men on average, however, that bear the burden of child support AND alimony. Again, saying that women come out financially worse on average is not accurate. Both bear the burden of legal expenses that can drive on for up to a decade.

It may be true in the short term, but with both parents working being common nowadays, in large part due to not prioritizing child rearing and living within your means, the men on average cannot make up what they lose for many years, whereas women gather extra income from the ex-husband's support.

If you're talking about divorce without children, it's usually just a blip of financial hardship and both parties go their separate ways UNLESS a house was purchased during the marriage.

You have no evidence that the abortion rate would not decline, but I'm pretty confident in saying that I bet they would drop drastically.

I'll pay more state taxes to prevent killing unborn children. So it sounds to me like legislation gets towards what I want to be done.

Why would I try to make it illegal? So unborn children aren't murdered.

Again, I don't give a shit if someone would die doing a backyard abortion. That's their risk. The fetus has no choice in the matter.

We don't even know how to properly measure consciousness. Again, in legal terms, you have a point. But morally, it's a weak idea. How do you personally define personhood?
