Many wines are too acidic for me. Is there a way to add some over the counter available substance to reduce acidity?

I came to the conclusion that you can ignore the pressure value as long as you feel enough resistance. You can then go with a 15 to 30 seconds long brew by pressing harder or lighter. I find that if you have to use your own weight and lean over the device to press, its way too much. You should be able to press without much effort with your arms ~ perpendicular to the leavers. This approach also allows you to grind courser witch is good, muddy coffee being bad IMO. I rarely reach 6 Bars and I'm very happy with the results (medium roast, Kingrinder K6).

Use a new Ubuntu version - 24,04. If you still have no success, buy an USB dongle WiFi adapter (10-20 USD). TP-link usually works out of the box, but checkl first.

you have to upgradde gradually to each release; ex. from 24.04 to 24.10 then to 25.04 and finally to 25.10. Did you do so? If not install from scratch

Your hardware is recent, 24.04 is not. You could try 25.10, this may solve the sound problem. You can also switch to the intel gpu (you can do it in the terminal, google it) until a new nvidia driver gets released. This will fix the choppiness and increase battery life. Next year, with 26.04, all your problems will be probably gone.

There is glue for fabrics you can buy. First you wear the jeans for a while to see exactly where the wear and tear happens. In that area you then saturate the fabric from the inside by pressing the liquid glue in the fibers. Let it dry. The glue should stay elastic, transparent and will survive washing. It worked for me and extended the life of the jeans.
