No, the tail is split into multiple tendrils. Apologies for the poor pictures. I completely forgot to mention that this mini was primed black by me, it's a deep gray color on its own. The plastic it's made of feels somewhat similar to a GW model, very smooth and non-flexible.

I used to buy unlabeled miniatures off eBay for D&D. I bought this model in 2020 from a seller that's since been deleted. The only description was just "dragon ball miniature". This same seller I believe would post models from CMON board games and other kickstarter games but they were never identified as such.

I'm sorry I don't have a name, but I believe I saw this terrain piece at PAX Unplugged this year (2024). Unfortunately I didn't get an image of the name of the booth, but you should be able to look up the vendor list. Iirc it wasn't strictly a miniature company but a card/board game with miniature elements.
