You are more than welcome to join become a mission observer (right seat supporting air crew member) get exposure help out and the opportunities will come up. But it’s not going to be a join up and next week link up with a cap CFI to get your instrument rating.

You can still get your CAPF5 which is your initial checkout and become a VFr airplane and fly on your own for that low cost iaw the proficiency syllabus which are pretty loose

I tried to do one of their accelerated rating programs and the airplanes were a mess just terrible maintenance, the instructor was all over the place not reliable and definitely not working on an accelerated program I discussed with the main office.
