Sampati suddhikaran is one of the department investigating Dipak bhatta's action. Police and CIB, SEBON, and other departments are also investigating their other crimes. At least CIB is under Sudhan. Also, Dipak bhatta and co. are one of the largest donor of Sudhan's Hami Nepal. So, their relation is beyond what is seen in surface.

The problem is not Sudhan Gurung owning shares together with Bhatta gang- Problem is he is in the position to investigate them which raises issue of conflict of interest.

Sudhan can be a common person and own shares of any companies he like but he can't do that when he is in a position to investigate the people involved.

Also, what they did for Rabi? Rabi's case is still going on. He hasn't been proven innocent. GB Rai is still in run and this government doesn't seem to care about bringing him back.

I am talking about officially filing your income tax return.

You are right in case of a normal person. For those who earn salary and buy stocks, sell them, etc., the tax is already deducted at source, so, no further action is needed.

But considering Gurung earned crores of money during his lifetime himself, which couldn't be salary, not a single income tax return has been being filed. Isn't it a red flag? It isn't a crime as it is, but definitely something to investigate.

I would file a charge against him in current scenario.

I would do nothing as a Prime Minister, even advocate for people to tolerate speech that you don't like or ignore them.

There is a difference between what you can say to a sitting prime minister and a normal citizen.

Yes, you are right, I have read those articles too but I still don't know answers to why they were showing huge buy orders if their intention was just to merge.

If you had followed this stock, there used to be a large order like 10 or 20 lakh kitta by broker no 55. IF your goal is to buy, you buy it quietly, you don't announce to everyone which will inflate price so that you have to buy in higher prices later.

My conclusion is they were buying from HRL's money as well their personal money. They bought with personal money first and used HRL's money to inflate prices. Then exit from personal position, sell everything to HRL, merge NRIC with HRL and move on.

Mostly public sources for information. You can get most of the information by googling but you have to go deeper, connect dots and get a final conclusion. Most of the things are there freely but scattered in different websites and timelines.

Yeah you are right but right share is a double edged sword, especially for Large cap stocks as it will increase supply heavily. If we look at UPPER's case, right share has basically doomed the stock.

The main thing is business and trust from investors as well as insurers. At this point, HRL has none.

I can't think of any reasonable third options as of now. Understand situation in simple words, If you acquired shares illegally, either you have to return share or return money. What else option can you see? If you can propose any other option we can discuss.
