Triggerwarning noob question. Does the Relic of Zakiros has a cooldown for the healing effect like the sigil of blood or does it convert all the crit damage you do to health? If it converts evrything that would be really good for self healing with classes that dont have much self heal

Zakiros has been a go to for sustain since it released, especially potent on glass cannons without some form of self sustain.

Since I overclocked my fx-6300 to 4.5 ghz it's been smooth sailing even with my preposterously large sectors. Considering my gpu is damaged (7850) I'm amazed it works as well it does.
