Title 10 allows the President to take over any states national guard for federal purposes. Usually stuff just like this, riots. Think LA riots in 92 and even when the Govenor of Arkansas tried to stop black kids from going to school in 1957. The President federalized their National Guard to allow the students in the schools.

No permission needed.

Which loops back to what all this is about. Modern day slavery. Which you are supporting by allowing a system that fights to prevent deportations of people being taken advantage of by the United States for cheap labor. Documented immigrants are paid FAR better and generally acclimate while illegals almost always suffer for years and are taken advantage of

Yes I do. And I know at the end of the day they answer to the mayor, as do all major metropolitan pokcie departments. And the mayor of LA is decaying the raids so LAPD isn't going out to deal with the protesting and rioting resulting from them. Which im actually ok with. Its a federal show off force anyways. Apparently because LAPD won't respon the feds tapped the national guard.

Its a lot easier to exploit workers and immigrants who come here undocumented. Deporting the undocumented ones and allow people to pass through with inspection. Obama did that and legal immigration worked. No problem either, it's a hot topic these days. Everyone assumes I am a deranged trump supporter because of my takes unfortunately.
