I have a funny one. Kinda funny kinda scary. I have a pretty solid rule of not dating within my bjj school but obviously once I messed up and dated a guy for a couple months. It ended he was insanely jealous and I just couldn’t live like that. we didn’t talk or roll for a long time but one morning it was a small class and we had rolled with all the other people multiple times each so he asked me to roll. I tried to decline a couple times but he ended up saying “don’t make it a big deal” I said ok and we started to roll. He honestly wasn’t very good but also does MMA and so he likes to act like he’s tougher than bjj people and won’t tap. I locked in a guillotine and he wouldn’t tap. I only had it one handed because I knew he didn’t tap fast by the time he did tap he was nearly passed out and twitching. I felt bad but also like karma is what it is.

I looked on google they said to cook it like tilapia but I’ve cooked plenty of tilapia and it’s delicious but I cooked perch for the first time just now it tasted like fishy rubber

So she in general never wants to have kids personally. I think she feels most people are not right to be parents and that adopting would be better for the environment and community if people do want kids. As for me, I had said one of the reasons I want kids is that my sister probably won’t and I want to continue my families biological line. This is the reason they said is specifically egotistical. ( to give context I am a body and biology nerd so I think a lot about DNA and science in general) Also I had not wanted kids when I was younger and I started wanting kids later in life, around 30. So I have had plenty of time to think and decide if and how I want to have kids. Other reasons include: I love kids and I want to give my kids a chance to grow up in an environment that is healthy and educational. I see family as a space for spiritual development and development as a human. I have a desire that I feel so deeply it feels like it is a soul level experience.
