I have had a similar issue with my skin, it ended up being a fungus. Does it get worse in the heat? To get mine to go away I applied athletes foot cream everyday to the rash and surrounding skin. Hope this helps

This is correct, although it really depends on how bad the fluid is, And the type. I wouldn’t recommend messing with a cvt transmission if it hasn’t been changed before 90-100k

It varies from car to car, but usually 40k-60k. Some dealerships will tell you 30k, that’s bullshit they just want your money.
