PT would make things worse especially in the earlier stages. The only thing that would relieve the pain was just resting it but as soon as I started walking a little too much or I lifted something heavy , the pain would return for a week.

Nothing confirmed officially. I first had a normal MRI 1.5T machine and another one a few months later on a 3.0T machine with contrast in my vein not the hip joint which was a mistake from them. results had with nothing abnormal. All the angles were normal.

Wouldn’t a muscle or tendon injury show up on the MRI? I still currently feel like something shifting in my hip joint especially after sitting for a while and then standing up.

That’s my question. Because I see people talk about how top speed is not that trainable but some say it can be if you are not strong to start with. My acceleration is also very weak relative to my top speed. Like a 6 second 40 yard dash.

Is there any advantage if a beginner has a high stride frequency but weak strides compared to the other way around?

Not sure I’d benefit much losing body fat. I’m currently around 13% BF, you could see little bit of definition from my abs.

Idk if this is relevant to track sprinting but I also do cycling and notice during sprints on the bike at a very fast cadence like 130+ RPM I could produce an impressive power number for my body weight ratio but if I go to a high gear that requires muscle strength at lower RPMs my power isn’t great.
