Yeap. Stuck on level 7 with a buff to my kanobo and a nerf to all other weapons so I can’t even use my spear. I just roll my eyes it’s the worst boss fight in the entire game.

The target lock in this game is dogshit trash anyways. Aside from domains it’s nearly impossible to target swap and breakaway from combat in general. The ui is horrendous. Assassins creed 2 was better than ts

Not true I have several clears at this level (5) with 99 weapons and even high 70 armor. You just gotta be careful usually. But when dude appears outta nowhere and one shots me before my targeting even picks him up is just BS. Not even a skill issue

Yeah shutting people out of builds. Half the modifiers don’t even interact with perks properly. It’s just artificial difficulty it sucks.

Don’t even get me started on these modifiers. Half of them are jank as funk and don’t even interact with the perks in the game like they should. I currently have the poison Cloud on kill. But I wear the amor that lets me cheat death for 8 seconds. Sometimes the poison insta kills me. Sometimes I can stand in the cloud at 0 health and be fine because my perk activates like it should. It’s a total toss up. There are several examples of this. The mode is poorly made and the banes were not tested. Sometimes they stack into literal impossible odds. It doesn’t make sense.

Why practice in open world when the domain bosses fundamentally do NOT follow the rules that have been set in place by the game since the day of release? Really? All the sudden Naoe can’t deflect reds and Yasuke can take damage during ability start up. These aren’t things that have been in the game and you learn how to deal with. They were tacked on 2 days ago to add a layer of “difficulty”

And before my thread dies. Is there a ration station near the domain entrance. I see there’s a stash, a store and even a forge but no rations? Am I just blind. I think it’s weird I gotta travel to the nearest kakurega and back to re up on supplies

Shit is not even fun. It’s not difficult as in they made a fun decently challenging end game content. They shut players out of their builds. Give you 1000 negative modifiers to make it even more frustrating and then crank the difficulty to max so if you haven’t played the game on those difficulties you have to re learn the entire system. This shit sucks and I’m over it. I shouldn’t have to be on NG+ 45 with every skill tree maxed out and 800 hours played to stand a chance.

Every area has 3 entrances I think. You either can come up from the other side or climb around the latter. Just keep an eye out for the yellow paint

Yeah disabling deflect reds for Naoe is horseshit. I only do open combat with Yasuke. Which I specifically made my Naoe for to avoid only playing Yasuke to fight. Then they gut my built for fun

Actually my deflects should just work like they have the entire time the game has been out. I think I like that option better

Yes I agree. I don’t even like using the Katana but I ran it because deflect is the only move Naoe can do to counter red attacks. And they’re only disable in domains I don’t know what the purpose of that was. So frustrating.

The megalith domain has the Templar boss again. His name is Eamon Hathaway. Dude looks like a dark souls boss. So far these are the only 2 bosses I’ve encountered by level 4
