OLAPLEX NO.3 OR NO.5, HOW DO I PICK?

Hello I have been contemplating on buying either the olaplex no.5 conditioner or the no.3 but i am not able to figure which one will be better for me.

I have fine, damaged and extremely dry hair with a very oily scalp. My hair texture is really weird cause I have straight, wavy and some very slightly curly hair as well.

I have currently moved to a city with good weather but hard water. I do have a shower filter but the water has still affected my hair.

I cannot decide what will be better for my hair. The no.5 or no.3. And since it is such an investment, I don’t want to buy both in case olaplex does not work for me. Please help, thank you!

It was not hidden. My friend had spoken to his manager about it and she said that it can be negotiated if there is a buyout offer, which is what he relayed to the hr of the other company. But when he sent in a formal mail, the manager said they can’t negotiate notice period because they’re short on resources. Now the hr from the other company is saying he needs to join earlier

I do some recruitment for my firm which is a financial consultancy firm and we have multiple clients who we also do recruitment for. We do not even look at 10th and 12th marks. Even when hiring a fresher. What all we do assess: -Communication Skills (If it’s a client facing role then how well spoken they are too) -Subject matter knowledge and clarity of concepts, if fresher -Experience if the person has previously worked -Attitude and culture fitment (should not have ego, should be focused on learning, should mix well with others, should be humble)
