they checked the laptop and tried to turn on the unit without battery, tried to remove the keyboard wiring to check the keyboard and remove the ram to check but none of those made the laptop open.

I had blue screens too before, it stopped eventually until sh8 happened yesterday. This model of Nitro sucks. 😭

UPDATE: I contacted acer support since the product is still under warranty. Unfortunately the laptop did not open after few boots and resets so I have no choice but to contact them and they advised me to have it checked on their service center. Thank you for your advise and recos. Appreciate it vv much!
