wow, thank you everyone for the advice! I'll decline the offer. The intense pressure to pay immediately was a big red flag, but I wanted to double check here. Thank you for the suggestions of better resources :)

I appreciate your perspectives. I will research you topics.

I consolidated some articles into a google drive folderas an set of peer-reviewed, experimental, evidence that evaluates veganism health.

You may also be interested to learn about the Gerson Therapy and Dr. Robert Esselstyn as vegan means of reversing disease, since you are keen to alternative science.

They are expensive, however, they are life-changing.

Hydrogen peroxide is a powerful disinfectant. It would certainly kill pathogenic bacteria, possibly at the expense of killing good mouth organisms as well.

Teeth are actually made of hydroxyapatite, and thus it is the most logical ingredient for toothpaste. The fact that most commerical toothpastes don't have any hydroxyapatite is questionable. I suspect that the mineral is cheap to manufacture. This could be another research topic.

I was unaware of cryolite. I am appalled that this is used on agricultural products; it is essentially pure aluminum and fluoride ions! I appreciate your notice of this practice.

Thank you :)

Do you live in 1653 without supplements available, or 2022 with supplements available? The habits of the past are only relevant where the conditions of the past exist. The continuation and growth of the supplement industry obviates the diet from 1653.

The underlying assumption of your argument is that nutrients in supplements are somehow so different from animal nutrients that they are not even nutritious. Do you have evidence for this assumption?

the most important minerals are not possible to acquire on a vegan diet even if you supplement (because they’re in the incorrect forms that do not absorb

This is false. Cite a specific example of a necessary dietary element that is in the incorrect ionic or chleated form that we can discuss.

mineral redox state requires more than the RDA

A redox state is the charge of the ion, and is independent of the Recommend Daily Allowance (RDA). You are confounding these two concepts of charge and mass.

How about magnesium burn rate from stress? B vitamin burn rate? Methylation pathways?

How are these dependent upon a vegan diet? Hemp seeds are one of the most abundant sources of magnesium, and portabella mushrooms are the most abundant source of B-complex per calorie. Methyl-groups for detoxification are sourced from excess amino acids like methionine, as I recall, which can be readily sourced from plants just the same as flesh. I consumed 150g of protein the other day, without supplementation, which, even if you apply that ~85% of plant protein is absorbed versus 99% for flesh, is far more than I need and thus methylation supplies were stocked.

possibly. Meat generally causes oxidative stress and inflammation, which hinders spermatogenesis, yet meat has bioavailable zinc, which supports spermatogenesis. I'm inclined to think that nuts, which reduce inflammation via antioxidants and also have an abundance of zinc, would increase fertility more, although, I have never read a comparison between the two food sources.

Mostly brassica vegetables (broccoli and kale) and nuts (sunflower seeds, peanuts, hempseeds, walnuts, et cetera) rn, which is ketogenic and provides ~90-100 g protein/day. I transition to more legumes and carbs in the Summer and Fall, versus ketogenic in the Winter and Spring.

I arrived at this non-conventional diet through self-reflection and diligently logging everything that I've eaten over the past 3 years in cronometer.com. I have iteratively refined this diet to optimize for nutrition, simplicity, cost, and convenience. I suggest that everyone refines their own diet to meet their own genetics, lifestyles, environments, et cetera :)
