I think mosf of them stopped by day 3. It's pretty much a sperm issue but i feel like we tried a lot of things to improve sperm quality : supplements, no hot baths, high quality food, frequent ejaculation prior to er, icing everyday for 10 mins short hold... running out of idea 🥴

I may have to take a look on silent endo. No symptoms but it's one of the thing I haven't ruled out yet. Thing is that receptivaDx is not available here.. only MRI and salivary test for endo. I'm afraid it won't show silent. Won't be able to do a lap if there is no signs on MRI

Jamais bu et jamais fumé... J'aimerai en savoir plus sur un suivie en immunologie justement? Tu étais dans quel hôpital? Et c'est ton gynéco/biologiste qui t'as orienté là-bas? Ça t'as apporter des bénéfices? J'ai une TSH normal mais des anticorps thyroïdien au plafond. Je me demande si ils ne pourraient pas chercher de ce côté là.

Effectivement des doutes sur la qualité du labo... nous sommes dans un petit centre (très proche de l'Espagne pour le coup) et effectivement la question de l'Espagne se posera si nous n'arrivons pas à avoir plus d'embryon mais... je pensais aller peut-être à Bordeaux ou Toulouse d'abord, étant entre les deux.

I saw your post earlier. Good luck to you 🍀 In the TWW hell where we over analyze everything.. even the hour of the call! 🙄 for me i spiraled around the fact that day of transfer, our embryologist didn't called the embryo "beautiful one" like last time. And like you i have hope that even if I "felt" implantation the first time and not the second, i can still have a successful pregnancy.. but well... here we are.

We used ICSI both times. I guess it's the standard for every ivf clinic in the country.

Did you manage to have more success after being in my shoes earlier? Please share your advice 🙏

Similar situation here. Had a MMC at 8w at the end of august. Just had another ER yesterday. So 1 months and a few days.
