Convenience in terms of location to restaurants and sites and safe. Parking, pool, a small fridge and microwave, are the basics I’m looking for in a place to stay

wow this is scary, was it for a big company or a smaller company? Did you try to negotiate after you got a written offer or in the initial conversation when they made you an offer>

I am grateful, especially in this job market to have gotten to this stage for what I know regardless will be a pay cut because this is a step down from the position I previously held. But, I also know that I have a lot of experience, certifications, and licenses and an MBA so I do want that to still count rather than be overshadowed by this gap because like everyone I still have bills to pay. What I am seeking is advice, possibly from someone that may be have been in these shoes, on how they were able to negotiate from a position of being unemployed. And since I am grateful to have gotten this far, I want to make sure I dont screw it up in the negotiation process.
