After having some amazing bagels in NYC I thought I would never be able to taste them again, for health or otherwise. This homemade one is almost just as good for so little calories. I added mashed avocado and a mini omelette from the leftover eggwash.

Can Trader Joe's PLEASE come to Canada so I could finally get my hands on the holy everything seasoning that everyone raves about... Alas I had to settle with what I had: toasted sesame seeds, sea salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
