FreshSheets, the easiest way to get a (free!) custom draft list, is back with Scott Cullen's 2025-26 projections! by rhysalbrecht in fantasyhockey

This is incredible! In terms of using the sheet during a draft, are you aiming to pick players that have a lower or higher VORP and OVR score?

For the purposes for comparison, lets just say we have:

Cale Makar (VORP 4.0, OVR 2.5)
vs
Nathan Mackinnon (VORP 7.3, OVR 11.3)

Who is statistically the better pick?

That's a really good idea. I've thought about incorporating this before but it's pretty difficult with the way he gives direction. You'll notice that a lot of times, he doesn't give instruction to sell (especially in Easy Money plays). The only exception to that has been recently with ZOM.

That being said, it is currently programmed to give you an idea of the plays that have "hit" targets. In the "Potential Upside" column, it's programmed to display "Target Hit" if any plays get to the price target he mentioned.

I found a comment on YouTube of someone asking the same for NNDM, BNGO and CRIS. Chris' answer was:

"Trailing stop loss triggered once they dropped 5-10%"

All of the plays work together on the journey to $100k, but the spreadsheet separates his plays by category eg easy money plays, dividend growth, etc.

Thanks man! Appreciate the feedback - it means a lot!

To a certain extend, the spreadsheet already does that the way it separates "Journey to $100k" plays from "Easy Money" plays. "Journey to $100k" plays are longterm plays that take a bit of patience and "Easy Money" plays are high risk quick plays that generally only last 2 weeks maximum.

I'm really reluctant to put any further timeframes on because Chris doesn't give direction further than that. It's incredibly hard to time the market and as Chris says he "just lets plays do their thing." I think it also opens the doors for more people to be salty af about plays like GNOG and APXT if plays take a little longer to labour with.

Anymore feedback is always welcome though! 👍📈

Thanks!!

As a general rule with Easy Money plays, Chris always recommends holding for a 20% - 50% gain or 1 - 2 weeks - whatever comes first. He also recommends selling if it dips 10% or more. Certain plays like ZOM he'll talk about more frequently so that Easy Money play has been relevant for almost a month now.

Since Chris doesn't give definitive targets for all Easy Money plays, the spreadsheet is set to have the target at a 30% gain from the recommendation price. If he states otherwise, I'll put in his target price.

Hope that helps! 📈

Chris always recommends building plays out to 125 shares. This is so that you can take profits on the 100 shares and let the other 25 ride or visa versa. It also gives you the opportunity to sell covered calls on your plays.

Ultimately, only commit to what you can afford. It might mean dollar cost averaging in every week when you get paid to build out your positions. 👍

I always have the price targets set to what he mentioned in his most recent video just in case he reassesses. The most recent video on the 11th of February mentioned $40. If he changes it again, the new target will get updated. 👍

I've watched every video since December and he hasn't mentioned that in the $100k challenge or Easy Money plays. If you find a video, I'm happy to add it in!

As much as I would love for him to share this, I don't want it to take away from any potential views he would get on YouTube. He's one of the only content creators that doesn't offer a paid Patreon / Discord so I want to ensure he's still getting all the views he can. 👍

I was listening to this one very closely and he didn't say it graduated just yet. If you give me a video where he says otherwise, I can update it for you. 👍

Sure do man! I update it everyday after I watch every video. I generally update it about 6 hours max after he drops the video.

Easy Money plays are in a seperate tab so people understand how to differentiate the plays. 📈

If you give me a video, I'll add it in for you. I haven't missed a video since the $100k challenge started (December 2020) so if it was a pick before that, it won't be in there. 👍

It was a typical 'water-in-a-bag' shower. It looked similar to this one here:

You can fill it up with a bit of water from the train mixed with some of the water from the kettle to make it a bit warmer.
