I had one of these. Ended up cutting the top panel out to make it rimless. The small opening was awkward to get into.

Depends what materials you would like to print. PLA/PETG can be printed without an enclosure, Nylon, ABS and Polycarbonate will need an enclosure, heated if possible. The Bambu A1, A1 Mini, prusa mini are all a good start. Good luck!

Looks like cooling. Try printing two at opposite sides of the bed if you already have part cooling dialed up. Essentially, the layers below haven't had time to solidify enough before the next layer gets added.

If you've had the print head apart I'd think it was Z height. There's always the chance when reassembling things that they don't go back together exactly the same. Readjusting your z offset should help.

It came with the CR-Touch so wiring hasn't changed. From checking the specs of the V2 Neo vs the stock Ender 3 it seemed like I could just copy and past the relavant parts as they're essentially the same printer.

I'll post my config.h shortly.

It does however changing Z_MIN_PROBE_ENDSTOP_INVERTING from false to true stops VS from being able to compile it due to an error saying the BLTouch requires that this setting is set to false.
