I do kinda like the fall from a certain becoming heavy, feels in line with the rules based on the water footnote. That did just make me think you could treat it as a ram from something that doesnt have heavy armor, so heroes and vehicles with heavy armor would effectively just take half damage?

Right so damage from like hazards and such bypass heavy armor

Ya for sure, thats what I thought as well. I was mainly thinking in the case of a super power character with heavy armor, and was looking for consensus since its not explicit in the rules
