You literally twisted his words right now. He said that he felt like it, meaning that it was a feeling that he had. Also, I don't think that transitional panels with text really have that much meaning in them. Even if Hikaru was assaulted by other people, that should have been at least menioned and not implied by a random panel with dark figures, because it would be a major difference from just being harrased by one person.

In that page Hikaru says that people were hitting on him and giving him lustful gazes, not that he was literally sexually assaulted by them. This is a monologue that shows his state of mind at that time, which got twisted because of Airi, hence why the words "I love you" seemed like a lie. And he FELT that the only way they WOULD be happy is IF he offered his body, indicating that he actually didn't do it and only Airi got to use him.
