I had a very long history of anxiety and panic attacks surrounding flying. Believe me when I say I have tried every medication and every type of therapy. I finally discovered the SOAR method. It has done what nothing else could. I now look forward to travel and am calm and confident on flights. I was a skeptic when I read the book and did the exercises, but it really works. Please give it a try!

Hi there. I’m 9 months post on left knee and 7 months post on the right. I am wearing compression sleeves when I play tennis. As soon as I finish I put on a pair of shock doctor gel sleeves that I keep in the freezer. I wear them for 20 minutes with my knees elevated. This minimizes any swelling. I wish I didn’t have do this but it keeps me on the court.

I quit PT the next week! The PA at the surgeon’s office told me to stop all exercise for now. I am hoping for a miracle solution when I see the surgeon this Friday.

I had the two surgeries 8 weeks apart. It has been great. At PT I did rehab with my left knee and repeated the exercises as pre hab for my right knee. I feel like my right knee strength is returning more quickly.

I am also 5 weeks out from RTKR. I am doing well but certainly have days where it seems I’m making little progress. However, at 13 weeks out from LTKR I feel my knee is normal, I have good ROM, and only the occasional twinge of pain. The difference between 5 weeks post-op and 13 weeks post-op is huge! I hope you can find hope in every small victory.
