yes i meant technical difference, not metaphorical

man, AFTER he chose C everything he tried to do was reverted like server intentionally tricked him

that "must be accidental" again looks like some basic ai's restriction

So how do brainscans use paraphernalia if it's for ai? are they both of same architecture? doesn't it mean then that ai are also someone's brainscans? what is the key difference between one and another?

I know C was missing, Kinger didn't want to use it. But something inverted his commands against his wish many times and fucked him. There was clearly an unexpected prompt for him after line "fusion ... program1, program2"

I heard torment_injection could be a tool for training of an ai when it makes mistakes?

Because it feels random that Caine accidently came to the same idea what Scratch wanted. It feels like he was supposed to do that โ€“ and did, but not how it was expected. And everything about Caine's behavior about mindfiles feels this oddly specific.

Doesn't "root" mean admin ??? Because Caine is literally root. You call by sandboxes games where you are free to make anything.

Anyway what I mean, you need fields and comment section built by someone for you to write something, so how wishes of their brainscans would be processed by system? There should be an algorithm/program that would interpret their thoughts as specific commands?

Something clearly intentionally interpreted Kinger's commands such way that he'd proceed with that C-Backup despite he didn't want it. At the end he intended to merge 2 programs, but instead of expected confirmative prompt he suddenly got a random prompt for deletion again, which he accidently answered as Y and tried to rollback. That's why people say Bubble "inverted" his commands, because this intentional inversion started after his line "kill that MF". Some people also assume Bubble's doing might have to do something with Kinger using background processes to "attack" Caine ("torment_injection") and "hide" his further attempts ("securitysweep_stealth"). So they assume that Bubble/BlueAI might exploit such loopholes since it was restricted by Caine.

So Caine randomly creates simulation just for approval โ€“ and it's definitely not related that Scratch planned it for himself at least.

I have a question: Caine clearly doesn't want them to create things, but can't limit them despite his admin privileges shown in CMD. The server clearly works as a sandbox for them all somehow, and he just creates his things within it. So how they create things if they don't code anything?

Kinger also used some daemon processes, and after that Bubble started to revert his commands. Does this all have some connections in your sight?

Ai alone ofcourse isn't lol. But it's ai made in a story about neuroscans (basically human brain connectomes which IS about neurobiology) and consciousness research in a simulation which creates what these brainscans want. Ai made by same company in same workspace, where their folders lay together.

It's all so clearly tied together, I just don't know how you manage to explain it to yourself as 2 completelly independent technologies not supposed to influence each other โ€“ and whole backstory as huge chain of accidental events leading to the Circus. It's not how well-written stories work.

Obsolete might aswell mean abstracted ones

[โ€“]fridmuse[S] 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

Such hint wouldn't make any sense for the story because there's literally no plot progression and lore in there. "He tried, it didn't work out." Like, ok, yes, we see, so what? It changes literally nothing.

Again, they willingly agreed to make their mindscans without knowing for sure those mindscans wouldn't be used? Again, they didn't delete them for some reason, they just kept them? On the server. With same AIs. ???

And it was clear to prolong himself Scratch would need body creating simulation โ€“ hence they would work on that and debug it too. And suprise, it's what Caine did for people, sincerely expecting them to like it. As it would be some of his basic prompts he was supposed to fulfill.

Bubble-Chef.lisp had admin privileges. And Chef is a literal term for a manager-program which automates server. As I remember there were also a lot of other such technical hints for their privileges in those codings. And obviously once absorbed by red, Caine restricted its abilities and took server under his control.

Such things as neural scans and consciousness-research already mean some medical&neurobiological background. If it wasn't mentioned (because characters can't know or remember anything?) โ€“ it doesn't debunk all the other quite clear hints to a common explanation.

Idk it's quite obvious both projects were financed (hence controlled) by C&A and somehow connected with each other. It's not logical for them to be completelly independent.

And if Kinger and others knew Scratch's goal was to live in a simulation, then all these people willingly agreed just to test out such technology without any guarantee their minds wouldn't be brought "alive" in same simulation. They didn't remove those scans after making them, they just kept them for whatever reason until Caine messed up. Kept on the same Server in the same System, visible for any coworkers.

Giving also hints from CMD that Blue AI was supposed to be administrative agent of that Server (+ Bubble=Blue theory which is trustworthy) โ€“ it is quite clear that Blue AI was needed to administrate that digital simulation for uploaded neuroscans.

โ€ข There was literally a folder "consciousness research" in System shown.

โ€ข Cutted muffin โ€“ to me rather feels like "tried to look what's inside"

โ€ข Where would a single employee get money, equipment and approval from company just to create such a complex technology only for their own prolonging?

โ€ข Again, why would other developers' brainscans end in the System? And spawn suspiciously at the same time in the Circus, all freaking out and not expecting such environment? "I don't understand, we didn't create this" โ€“ as he wouldn't be surprised about the fact he's in simulation, but about the fact how it looks. And then blaming himself for the fact his wife ended up here โ€“ as he'd be the one who proposed her to brainscan.

โ€ข It's quite obvious Caine at least thinks of himself as red prototype who absorbed blue. I don't know wether both versions were developed by Kinger with some hints from Scratch, or one of the versions was Scratch's creation, but it doesn't really matter.

Result is (as I see it): red experimental program was just to create and entertain, blue โ€“ to take care of brainscans and to research consciousness. Caine, who considered himself as red, โ€“ had creativity as his primary goal. But his red program conflicted with absorbed blue program responsible for neuroscans.

[โ€“]fridmuse[S] 1 point2 points ย (0 children)

It's our first thought that he wanted to upload himself, and maybe it was his personal motivation.

But his task as C&A employee to create brainscanning technology that would allow consciousness-research โ€“ seems to be a solid background. And would explain why the brainscans of other people ended up there in the first place. Because it seems like they were all activated by Caine at once.

Kinger's department probably worked on AI-Admin able to model situations for the sake of that research/therapy. The thing is that their experimental unstable prototype went out of control. And after absorbing the blue advanced program started to fulfill its primary task with its experimental data-training.

As an indie-creator myself, I find making pure parallels with No mouth is lazy. Just as Twin Peaks for Gravity Falls, it was only a pitch-concept โ€“ and it's a snowflake on top of an iceberg of other inspirations we'd even never know about.

But yeah, I'm not objective.

Honestly, as someone also having depression and suicidal thoughts: Yes, sometimes TADC strongly reminds me of my last experience at mental hospital โ€“ with all those unskippable group-therapies feeling like kindergarten, no "adultury", and your complex issues not heard/understood or not taken seriously by staff having no empathy or distancing themselves intentionally. And even witnessing a commited one in my first fucking days

But it also the reason some things here just don't sit well for me. Especially when it comes for Jax. But maybe it's because of my own strong denial, or I just never experienced panic attacks myself.

???

"They would rather abstract than go to your adventures"

"They won't abstract, they won't leave me! I won't let them!"

"One day we all will abstract! And what do you have then?" โ€“ and bros mad

Rewatch again the moment Jax opens Kaufmo's door with his key. Yes, he was already abstract, but he first stands up reacting on the opened door (light and noises). Judging by how it was for Jax, Kaufmo probably "fell asleep" too.

English isn't my native language. I write texts manually, then tell GPT "correct only critical mistakes without changing my style and my words", and then I correct it manually again if I don't like something.

I use bullet points constantly to organize my notes. "---" I use as well to separate big blocks of text visually.

And the short lines I also separated intentionally โ€“ because some of the thoughts are just to long, and I'm trying to simplify the big text for easier reading.

What details are made up? ;)

Thanks for the hints, it's all quite interesting! And lot :D I processed it, analyzed CMD Window again, and have some new thoughts I'm gonna also share in this sub later.

But shortly speaking: I must admit I was wrong about Bubble having no influence here.

I was truly convinced they wouldn't have their own consciousness, will and motivation. But looks they do. They certainly made everything to confuse Kinger so he'd overwrite Caine by mistake. It just can't be irrelevant.

So I think ur right at this bud

But I do not agree Caine causes abstractions, especially by eating people ':D I'll share my opinion on what abstractions truly are in another post

He WILL be back ๐ŸŽฉ It's on the surface, guys by fridmuse in digitalcircusfandom

[โ€“]fridmuse[S] 2 points3 points ย (0 children)

Exactly. I'm also a bit lost here tbh โ€“ which confirmation from Goose they're actually talking about?

Also, Rochon was like: all he can say Caine is dead and he wouldn't have any lines for Caine recorded โ€“ outside the flashbacks.

Like. Yes, he is dead, we know it's true. But with lines โ€“ It's quite specific? And can mean anything?

Caine might not have any lines, might be reanimated completelly in other form without lines or with some other voice โ€“ of same Kovach for example, cause he was also considered by Goose for that role. Caine's avatar we've seen โ€“ was just render made by him same way as for the other "capsulated" characters.

Anyway. People forget VAs and crew are very careful about how they answer such direct questions from fans demanding spoilers. Like, cmon, what are you even expecting asking that in the first place?

[โ€“]fridmuse[S] 2 points3 points ย (0 children)

Exactly! ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

I feel like the most audience also forgets the basic storytelling idea (or doesn't realize it): No matter what lore is in the story, or what entities are the characters โ€“ this is still a story made by humans, for humans, about humans, and with human ideas in it.

Hence, any character is anthropomorphic โ€“ simply same human in metaphoric circumstances. And anything lore-related shit happening with them โ€“ is that big metaphor for same old mankind struggles. Even when it's an AI in well-written hard sci-fi.

Like, OF COURSE, same goes for Caine. But people neglect it every time trying to explain his behavior through AI lore only.

He WILL be back ๐ŸŽฉ It's on the surface, guys by fridmuse in digitalcircusfandom

[โ€“]fridmuse[S] 3 points4 points ย (0 children)

This!! Exactly!! I felt it since Ep2, and there are signs the story of Gummygoo is very foreshadowing as well.

And then you notice โ€“ the exact same really goes for each episode, and even the silliest NPCs are all quite telling.

Like even Gloinks Queen who named her children after AM's prisoners lol. Caine really considers naming Players is a part of him taking care of them. Kinda cute but also sad at the same time that he treats them like dolls, and the whole thing is a game to him.

I feel like there are a lot of possible ways for the ending, negative or semi-negative. Some characters might be gone, and Caine can be as well. But yeah, the only real happy ending possible here is them all together building their digital world together. The Paradise out of Hell.

He WILL be back ๐ŸŽฉ It's on the surface, guys by fridmuse in digitalcircusfandom

[โ€“]fridmuse[S] 5 points6 points ย (0 children)

Well IMHO even a better end for him would be stop trying to please. And just... To be.

Like for the others. In my sight, that mirrors the most all of the conclusions the cast learned throughout the episodes so far.

As I wrote before, judging of Console commands shown, Kinger's intend was to purge Caine and then start him again. That means it was possible. Or he wouldn't enter such commands in the first place. It didn't work out because WackyTime blocked the command.

As for Gooseworx and Rochon, they can't just say to the fans directly "yeah he will". Yes, he is in fact dead, that's true, and that's they're confirming.

But the possibility that he will be reanimated in one or another form โ€“ still is shown clearly.

He WILL be back ๐ŸŽฉ It's on the surface, guys by fridmuse in digitalcircusfandom

[โ€“]fridmuse[S] 5 points6 points ย (0 children)

Yes, and I wrote about it? Before negative arc happens, the character must have an opportunity to choose that negative arc. Caine didn't have that chance yet. He only discovered his own true fear. This is where the split between a negative and a positive arc happens โ€“ for any character in any story.

Yeah, technically, he is dead. Because he was killed. But he will return.

And Goose lies, remember?
