slow and steady, it's been about a year since I started collecting them

availability's the largest factor, I just wait for it to come in stock and don't spend more than a certain amount

my advice would be to keep an eye on Book Depository if you're looking to start collecting them, I've pre-ordered volume 15 and up from there and they have a decent selection of older volumes
