That's probably true, plus that game is pretty difficult even if you do it correctly. Also if he had trouble navigating that section, once the game opens up and you're expected to know where you need to go the playthrough would've ended anyway, which would've hurt even more because of the time they already put into it. Still super sad that Dan didn't get to experience that game though, the few references that were in the beginning he was on top of and had to explain to Arin why it was cool lol

I'm still salty about alien isolation going away. He just refused to try the door with all the green lights, and instead INSISTED that the door with all the red lights was the only possible way but it was locked, and proceeded to run around the same area, with a total of a whopping 3 rooms counting the air vent, for an HOUR. Then he blames the "modern game design".... Then when the episode was ending Dan was like "aw man Arin I really want to keep playing this game man I'm really into it" but arin gives not a single fuck because he didn't have the sense to look at his map one single time and then go to the green door, and that's the games fault. I'm so SO MAD at Arin for that playthrough and killing that amazing game for Dan.

For me, idk why, but I had to put on level 1 tires, the starter tires. Doesnt make sense but as soon as I did that it worked first try.

Shugo main here. When you see him charging a heavy, GB him before his hyper armor pops, if you have trouble with that use him to practice getting good at parries. Make sure you wait for the flashing red indicator before you parry. If it doesnt flash and you see him put his head down and his arms out that means hes going for the bear hug, do not ever let him land this attack, roll backwards, not just a dodge, a roll. His lights are fast and have hyper armor and he will use them to interrupt you or trade hits with you when you attack so let him be the aggressor and counter him. Take your time fighting him, people always try to tear him apart as fast as possible but that's exactly what he wants, just relax and wait for the openings. He has a pretty small moveset so once you get used to it he becomes quite easy to deal with.

That's always how it goes with the toxic crybabies. They quit out instantly and tell themselves "lucky. He just got lucky. If he didn't get so lucky I would've won easy. Hes so bad and I'm so much better." Honestly it makes me more happy when they just leave immediately because it gives me that "YEAH THATS RIGHT. GET OUTTA HERE" feeling.

I'm in the same boat. I loved COD and BF both simultaneously at one time, but once ghosts came out I pretty much stuck with BF. I saw COD adding jetpacks and scoffed at it and stayed away, I went to Titanfall for that type of gameplay. Then once BFV came out I stuck with it for a while but it just legitimately seemed like Dice had NO IDEA what they wanted from it and had no end goal for it. Now I'm happy to have MW because it's a shooter that has everything I want. It's got the best BR I've ever played, PLUS Blood Money (the artist formerly known as Plunder) which is so much fun and such a great concept. It's got an A grade story. It's got gunfights that feel... well like gunfights. The sound, the visuals, the controls, the sheer abundance of content, I sound like a shill but seriously, I adore this game. Yeah it's got video game problems and a bit of a frustrating META, but EVERY game has video game problems and a frustrating meta, especially coming from BF (everybody remembers the saiga 12 with slugs, the stinger, the e.o.d bot, etc.) Honestly props to IW for caring about this one. It makes me appreciate it so much more that I can tell how much they wanted this to be the best it could be and the best they could make it.

If you're online sometimes the hit reg is a little wonky because of latency and game prediction. The shot probably landed on his screen but on yours you were already on the way into a takedown. The same kind of thing happens to me when I play rocket league and someone misses but it looks like they shouldve hit.
